9 I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly. 11 I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.

You may have caught yourself staring at your door wondering, when will I be able to just walk through that door and be able to go in and out? Coronavirus has stolen that right from us. Jesus has comforting words for you during this time that will be for all time. He is the door to salvation. You can have life in Christ because he loved us so much that he died for us. We now have freedom in this life to find joy and peace because of the hope we have in our abundant new life.

The good shepherd goes on before. The good shepherd lays down his life. The good shepherd makes a way out of this mess into beautiful green pasture. This may be the day that you, though unable to go where you please and do what you will, find the freedom and green pasture that comes only by believing that Jesus is God in the flesh and there is an empty tomb that proclaims that death has no hold on you. No thief can steal that.

God Bless,

Pastor Brad
